These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites at www.grcshop.co.za and www.02x.co.za (the "Sites") operated by 02X (Pty) Ltd, trading as GRC Shop ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

You may not: use the Sites in a way that breaches any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Sites or our systems; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or reproduce content other than for the personal, non-commercial reading of pages; or use the Sites to harass, defame, or harm any person.
4. Information on the Sites is general
Content on the Sites, including articles, guides, downloads, and pricing information, is provided for general information and is not intended as legal, tax, or compliance advice for your specific circumstances. You should obtain qualified advice before acting on anything you read here. Where we deliver paid services, the service agreement between us and the customer governs the specifics of those services.

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, downloadable resources, and software, is owned by or licensed to 02X (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. The "GRC Shop" and "02X" names and logos are trade marks of 02X (Pty) Ltd. You may share links to public pages and may quote short extracts with proper attribution. Reproduction or distribution of substantial content without written permission is prohibited.
6. User submissions
If you submit information through forms on the Sites, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We treat submitted personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
8. Availability

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 02X (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites or any content. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the Sites is limited to ZAR 1 000 (one thousand rand). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 02X (Pty) Ltd against any claims, losses, costs, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Sites.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at www.grcshop.co.za/terms-of-use with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
