Is GRC Shop a consultancy or software?
Both — we provide managed compliance as a service. Our AI agents do the document and tracking work; our human team supervises and handles the judgment calls. Clients pay one monthly fee and get the platform plus the work done.
Are you remote-only?
Yes. We don't visit sites unless something genuinely requires it (a serious incident investigation, for example). Everything is done remotely with structured uploads, video walk-throughs and live chat.
What does this replace?
For most SA SMEs, hiring a senior OHS or compliance specialist costs R25,000–65,000 per month. Our base platform plus OHS app starts at R4,250 + R500 + per-employee fees, typically saving R20,000–60,000 per month.
Are you POPIA compliant?
Yes. Information Officer is registered (Registration 2026-002803). Hosting is on Odoo Online (compliant via legitimate cross-border transfer mechanisms) and Supabase. POPIA policy is publicly available on the Resources page.
What about my existing OHS / compliance work?
We import what you have, fix what's outdated, and put the rest on the platform. You don't lose history.
What's your Year-1 founding-client offer?
Months 1–6 at 50% of standard rate. Months 7–12 at 25%. Beyond that, standard pricing applies. Available to a limited number of founding clients only.
